For the 17th consecutive year, The Alternative School has searched for the brightest, most talented, hard-working and passionate young creatives to represent Romania at the Eurobest Young Integrated Competition, held online, this November.

After 3 weeks of intensive creative meetings, Roxana Păduraru & Monica Casangiu (Upsole) and Andreea Călărașu & Irina Șerbulea (Shenanigans) are the official winners of the The Alternative School x Eurobest local competition and will soon prove their abilities at the Eurobest European Creativity Festival.

Dedicated to people under 30 from all walks of creativity (marketing, branding, film and communication-related disciplines) this intensive training focused on cultural & international insights in creative design, digital, campaign strategies, VR, tech & new media, and awarded content worth watching.

Our participants had the chance of working on briefs concentrated on persuading policy makers to integrate creativity into the education system or finding solutions for culturally-rooted problems, conflict situations, and injustice.

On their road to succes, they were joined by international creative experts like Maged Farrag (Digital Guru @5dVR, Cairo), Filip Gonzacenco & Daniel Groh (Publicis Paris), Valeria Dubinina (Red Apple Festival Moscow), Isabella Branisteanu (Thinkegic), Hovhannes Margaryan & Tigran Gegorgyan (The Doping Creative Agency Armenia), Bahia Shehab (Artist, Social Activist & Professor of Design @The American University of Cairo) and Teodora Migdalovici (Love&LOBBY Founder).

When judging the participants’ final work, other specialists have also joined with feedback, like Alexandra Bombita (GMP), Andrei Chirisi (Three/Next), Meltem Karateke (IMI Conferences) and Vera Gavrila (Produsul Anului).
